The Parent Advisory Group and Education

The Parent Advisory Group offers educational and networking opportunities six times a year. 

The group is a collaboration of Help Me Grow, Medina Creative Housing, Medina County Board of Developmental Disabilities, Medina County Job and Family Service, and SHC/The Arc of Medina County. 

The group provides families the opportunity to gain the knowledge they need to be the best advocate for their child, a chance to exchange information with other parents and an opportunity to let the professionals in our community know what the needs are of families with children with disabilities. 

The group is designed for parents at all stages of life from seeking early intervention for a toddler to housing and support services for their adult child.  All meetings are held at the Medina County University Center at 6300 Technology Lane, Medina, OH 44256.
